Templates
Templates allow you to create reusable banner designs that serve as a starting point for new creatives.
Template Types
There are two types of templates in Utiq Pulse.

| Global | Default templates provided by Utiq | Visible to all users |
| Organization | Templates created by your organization | Visible only to your organization |
Creating Templates
Create custom templates for your organization.

Navigate to Templates
Go to Templates in the sidebar menu

Create New Template
Click 'New Template'

Enter Basic Information
Enter name, slug, and optional description

Upload Logo
Optionally add a default logo for the template

Customize Design
Configure colors, layout, and texts

Logo Upload
Upload a default logo for your template.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG, WebP
- Maximum file size: 5MB
- The logo is displayed in the live preview
Tip
Logos defined in the template are automatically used when creating creatives. You can override the logo when creating the creative.
Design Settings
Customize the appearance of the template.
- Colors: Background, text, button, button text, border
- Layout: Button radius, padding, border width, corner radius
- Typography: Question and button font size
- Banner texts: Header, subheader, privacy, thank you message, footer
- Answer randomization for multiple choice questions

Create Creative
Start the creative wizard for a study

Select Template
In the 'Template' step, you'll see global and organization templates

Customize
Adjust the design as needed - all template settings can be overridden
Note
Organization templates appear in the template selector under 'Organization Templates', while global templates are listed under 'Global Templates'.
Permissions
Template permissions depend on your role.

Global Templates
Global templates cannot be edited or deleted by any user. They serve as default starting points for all organizations.
