User Management
Manage team members and their access levels across your organization.
User Roles
Utiq Pulse has three user roles with different permission levels.

| Admin | Full system access | Manage all organizations, users, and studies |
| Agency | Agency-level access | Manage studies, limited user management |
| Client | Client-level access | Create and view own studies |
Creating Users
Administrators can create new users from the User Management menu.

Navigate to Users
Go to User Management > New User

Enter User Details
Fill in email, name, and password

Select Role
Choose Admin, Agency, or Client

Assign Organization
Optionally assign to an organization
Form Fields

Password Requirements
- • Minimum 8 characters
- • At least one uppercase letter
- • At least one lowercase letter
- • At least one number
Editing Users
Edit user details by clicking on a user in the User Management list.
Email Cannot Be Changed
Email addresses cannot be modified after user creation. Users needing a new email should create a new account.

Password Management
Utiq Pulse provides various options for password management.
Changing Your Own Password
All users can change their own password in the settings.

Navigate to Settings
Go to Settings > Security

Change Password
Enter your current password and your new password

Confirm
Re-enter the new password for confirmation and save
Admin Password Reset
Administrators can reset passwords for other users.
- Navigate to the user detail page
- Click on the 'Security' tab
- Set a new password or generate a random one
First Login
When an admin sets a password for a user, that user will be required to change their password on first login. This ensures that only the user knows their final password.
Deleting Users
Users can be deleted from the user detail page.
Permanent Deletion
Deleting a user is permanent and cannot be undone. The user will lose access immediately.
